Website Privacy Policy

This Website Privacy Policy explains how Miller Financial Analytics collects, uses, stores, and discloses information obtained through its public website.

Draft for Attorney Review | Effective Date: September 17, 2026

This Website Privacy Policy explains how Miller Financial Analytics ("MFA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information obtained through its public website. The website is intended primarily for businesses located in the United States. This policy applies to website visitors and prospective clients.

Client financial records and other information provided after an engagement begins are governed separately by MFA's Privacy & Data Handling Policy and applicable agreements.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the website contact form, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, reason for contacting us, and the content of your message. Some fields may be optional.

The website may also generate ordinary technical and security information through the web server and security services, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, request time, requested page or resource, browser or device information, and similar diagnostic or security data.

Please do not submit financial documents, online banking credentials, account passwords, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form.

2. How We Use Information

We may use website information to respond to inquiries, communicate with prospective clients, determine whether MFA's services may be relevant to an inquiry, maintain business records, operate and secure the website, prevent spam or abuse, troubleshoot technical problems, comply with legal obligations, and protect MFA's rights and systems.

Submitting a contact form does not by itself create a client relationship, obligate MFA to provide services, or establish a final price or scope of work.

3. Contact-Form Storage

Contact-form submissions are stored in MFA's website database, which currently uses SQLite. MFA may retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain business and security records, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.

Information may be deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to routine backups and legal or recordkeeping requirements.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile

MFA uses Cloudflare Turnstile on its contact form to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or malicious traffic. Turnstile may process technical signals about the visitor or browser for security and bot-detection purposes.

According to Cloudflare, Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit the content entered into MFA's form fields. Cloudflare's handling of Turnstile information is also governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and related privacy documentation.

5. Cookies and Analytics

MFA does not currently use Google Analytics or other advertising or marketing analytics on the website and does not intentionally place nonessential analytics or advertising cookies.

Security or infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary technologies as part of their services.

If MFA later adds analytics, advertising technology, a newsletter platform, or other tracking functionality, this policy and any applicable cookie notice will be updated as appropriate before or when those features are introduced.

6. Payments

MFA does not directly process payment-card information through the website contact form. Payments are handled through Stripe or another approved payment processor when a client is invoiced or otherwise directed to a payment service.

Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. MFA may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, amount, customer contact information, and transaction identifiers, but does not intend to receive or store full payment-card credentials through the public contact form.

7. When We May Share Information

MFA does not sell personal information submitted through the website. Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to operate or secure the website and business, to service providers acting on MFA's behalf, to professional advisers or information-technology support when reasonably necessary, to comply with law or legal process, to investigate misuse or security incidents, or in connection with a lawful reorganization, transfer, or sale of the business.

Cloudflare receives the technical information necessary to provide Turnstile. Stripe receives payment-related information when a visitor or client uses Stripe's services. Other providers will receive information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the function they provide.

8. Security

MFA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the size and nature of the business to protect information.

However, no website, email message, database, network, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should therefore avoid sending sensitive financial records or authentication credentials through the public website form.

9. Requests Concerning Your Information

You may contact MFA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the website. MFA will respond as reasonably appropriate and as required by applicable law.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes, and deletion from active systems may not immediately remove routine backup copies.

10. Children and Consumer Use

The website and MFA's services are intended for business and commercial use and are not directed to children. MFA does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the website.

11. External Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. MFA is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties.

Visitors should review the applicable third party's privacy information before providing information to that third party.

12. Changes to This Policy

MFA may update this Website Privacy Policy as its website, technology, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the policy will be updated when a revised version is published.

13. Contact

Questions or requests concerning this Website Privacy Policy may be submitted through the contact form on the Miller Financial Analytics website. MFA may request reasonable information to verify a request before acting on it.
